WHEN: Monday 6pm EST Starts Feb 16th
Where : Virtually (Residents of GA, FL, WA, OR, VA)
Who: Women 20-40
Focus: 10 week therapy group focused on building healthier relationships from the inside out.
Together, we'll identify your core values and how they shape your choices, priorities, and sense of meaning, then align daily actions with those values to build a more coherent, fulfilling life.
We'll examine core beliefs—both empowering and limiting—to understand where self-judgment, fear, or avoidance come from, and gently restructure thoughts that undermine growth and connection.
We'll assess communication styles used in relationships (assertive, passive, aggressive, passive-aggressive) and practice clear, respectful ways to express needs, wishes, and limits so conversations lead to understanding rather than escalation.
We'll explore attachment patterns formed in early relationships (secure, anxious, avoidant, disorganized), how they influence current intimacy, and develop strategies to increase security in yourself and your relationships.
We'll clarify personal boundaries—what you will and won’t accept emotionally, physically, and practically—and practice stating and enforcing those boundaries with consistency and compassion.
We'll teach conflict-resolution skills, including active listening, de-escalation techniques, problem-solving steps, and repair strategies to help disagreements become opportunities for growth rather than sources of long-term harm.
We'll build coping strategies tailored to your needs: emotion regulation skills, grounding practices, stress management tools, and routines that support resilience and prevent burnout.
We'll set realistic, measurable goals and small, sustainable habits that create lasting change over time, with periodic review and adjustment to keep progress aligned with yourHow to Achieve a Healthy Work-Life Balance
