How long will therapy take?

The length of therapy varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients find relief in just a few sessions, while others may benefit from longer-term therapy. Your therapist will work with you to establish a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific circumstances.

Is therapy confidential?

How do I know if my child needs therapy?

Children and adolescents may benefit from therapy if they are experiencing behavioral problems, difficulty coping with stress or emotions, or significant changes in mood or behavior. If you have concerns about your child's well-being, it may be helpful to consult with a therapist to determine if therapy is appropriate.

Will I be involved in my child’s therapy sessions?

How do I talk to my child about therapy?

It's important to approach the topic of therapy with honesty and sensitivity. You can start by explaining that therapy is a safe and supportive place where they can talk about their feelings and learn new ways to cope with challenges. Emphasize that seeking help is a sign of strength, and reassure them that you will be there to support them every step of the way.
